    I lost 9 pounds in just 4 days!!!
    I did this everyday in the morning!!😍😍

    I just followed something like a diet👇👇
    I ate like a king in the morning,like a prince in the afternoon and never ate anything before 4 hours of sleep

    I drank cinnamon drink 30 min before sleep and 30 min before breakfast

    The results were insane

    Lose 10 pounds in 1 week: do it for 4 weeks 40 pounds droped

    Lose15 pounds in 2 weeks: do it for 4 weeks and you lose 30 pounds

    I have done the whole workout… during the wrk out i hv gain weight may be bcz of muscle build up.. but now my weight is 64.15kg… basically i didn't lose weight but now I am confident that I will lose weight… i will do 1000 calories( 2hr) challenge fr 1 week from 31 may…

  9. Today is April 1, 2019. I started dieting February 1, 2019 and as of today I have lost 25 pounds. I need to lose 10 more pounds. I found this video and have decided to add this workout to my program. I did this video earlier this morning and it is a very good workout. I intend to do this video every morning and I am excited to see how this video helps me in my weight lose journey. Thank you very much.

  10. Can eat a little bit of like something about flour or little sugar like candy and stuff because I feel tired when I don’t eat those in each day but I will still doing this exercise routine everyday

Roberta I have a big problem I am 152 cm hight and I weight 42 kilograms and I am 11 years old please say to me can I really burn that weight or it will take a lot of time please answer me cause it's very important for me and btw this video is really good and I did it I hope that I will lose weight fast and yeah thank you very much if you answer oh and if you ask I stop to eat junk food I eat junk food just sometimes and yeah I hope thatyou will answer me!😢👌
