Today is April 1, 2019. I started dieting February 1, 2019 and as of today I have lost 25 pounds. I need to lose 10 more pounds. I found this video and have decided to add this workout to my program. I did this video earlier this morning and it is a very good workout. I intend to do this video every morning and I am excited to see how this video helps me in my weight lose journey. Can eat a little bit of like something about flour or little sugar like candy and stuff because I feel tired when I don’t eat those in each day but I will still doing this exercise routine everyday

This is approximately 2500 calories burned every day EXTRA to your normal in/out of calories. Are you really saying no other change except doing these workouts?

Lose 10 pounds in 1 week: do it for 4 weeks 40 pounds droped
Lose15 pounds in 2 weeks: do it for 4 weeks and you lose 30 pounds
