  4. Wow Nosa all those grilled meats are calling my name. I already eat almost everything you talked about.I love Pistachios. It is my favorite snacks. I also love cashew, Almond and I guess the only thing I don't do is measure the food.I must confess that the salad looks good and yummy. Thanks for featuring Nosa on your channel.   9. What about lunch and dinner? I intermittent fast and do low carb 🙂. For me that looks like: Keto meals for my first 2 meals of the day and then my rice, beans, oat fufu for dinner. It's all about finding what you can sustain long term/in maintenance like you said in previous video. I used to eat carbs 3 times a day so for me, my method made a huge difference. Pls share lunch and dinner ideas. Thanks for the video
