  1. Looked like a good workout, will definitely give it a go.

    Signed up to your course this morning and noticed this is slightly different to the strength cardio in the workout sheets. Are there any videos showing that particular workout?

  2. Good,efficient beginners workout!! That’ll get the heart rate up!!
    My issue is I’ve been going 5-6 days a week since August and I haven’t lost a single pound 😫 I’m thinking it’s my sleep maybe? I get about 6hrs a night,give or take.Diets not horrible but I’m gonna try to tune it up
