I think that these types of videos should be titled " workouts to get strong" or "workouts to get healthy and feel great" instead of emphasizing the fact that you need to lose weight, because weight is not an accurate representation of your health. It's all about body composition. Two people can weigh the same and be completely different health wise.

  2. Have you tried lagree Pilates? I go to motivate in Glendale. They have one in silver lake. First class is $15 and you get free grip socks. It’s a class that kicks my ass and I always want to beat up the teacher as I die (kidding, lol) but I feel so ACCOMPLISHED, STRONG, and EMPOWERED after.
