  1. Hi Kim, I did keto for 3 months and so far lost 45, started keto again 3 weeks ago to shade more 17 pounds, I stopped losing weight in the 3rd week, tried the intermediate fasting but was a bit hard to start working without breakfast.
    Any advice or suggestion can help me in those 17 pounds please? Thank you for being such an inspiration 🙏

  2. Love your channel Kim. I find Keto a cinch to follow, and my cravings for sweets has gone way down. I prepare a romaine salad exactly the way you do. I love kalamata olives and feta cheese. When I spread my salad on a medium plate it looks like a lot of food, and then I top it with some kind of protein. I eat a lot of meals this way. Sorry to say, but Talapia fish is a very unhealthy fish to eat….. but I’m sure you won’t die eating it. Haha. For fish I usually only eat wild canned red salmon – kind of expensive and canned wild sardines in oil or water. Full of omega 3’s. The way I look at it is, I never blinked an eye when I spent money on fast food, and now I have to kick myself in the grocery store when I think something is too expensive. Crazy warped thinking! Also, it’s amazing on Keto how I’m way less hungry. Anyhow keep up the great videos, because they do teach people a lot on how to meal prep. All the best. Wish I had your beautiful teeth.   3. I'm so proud of you girls. Wonderful. I'm 75 a young 75 year old. I go to the gym. I caught myself last year gaining wt. so I went on Keto. I'm very happy with my weight loss. I found finally I love cauli rice. Good job to you. Bravo , you look beautiful. I'm mostly a carnivore I don't like salad but I'm experimenting with different veggies.

  4. Another helpful tip to make eating keto easier! Having the lettuce already chopped up makes it so much simpler to make the salad. I have a gigantic bowl with a snap lid that i'll leave in the fridge with the whole bag of romaine chopped up and ready to go. And you can top the salads with almost any kind of protein, cheese and dressing to mix it up throughout the week. Although I've never tried fish…. but it looked delicious!

  7. Kim! I love that you just meal prep for yourself a lot of people do these giant extravagant meal preps for their families or just with several options. I know I would waste so much food. #singlelife curious what you have for lunch and breakfast?

  8. Darling You SHOULD NOT COOK WITH OLIVE OIL its no good for u HEATED I know a lot of shef 's do it but they don't know better ONLY US IT FRESH NOT HEATED USE COCCONUT OIL FOR COOKING AND GOOD OLD GRASS FEED BUTTER 😀💗😎💙❤LOVE u r video's

Another great video Kim! 😉👍 I’ve been telling all my online keto groups about your channel 🤗 would you be able to do another sit down video where it’s a bit of longer chatty video just catching us up on weigh in, tracking (whether you are or not) and how you are feeling etc. I love all your old chatty style videos, no one talks much about the day to day of it all, … feel like you are so relatable 😊 anyhews, thanks to your channel I’m now on wk3 of keto, down 9 lbs and feeling great !   10. Another great video. One thing – don’t eat Tilapia. I freaked out once I read up on that “fish” pretty nasty info on where they came from and how they are farmed.
