  1. Can you make a thigh and butt workout video that is okay for someone with varicose veins too do? (Squats are not encouraged when you have varicose veins unfortunately 🥺💔

Hey Fitness blender, I want to share with you guys that I am suffering from fever since last night and couldn't sleep at night so I slept until 12 at noon and I couldn't make up my mind about what to do, so I thought of taking exercise but I felt that a full time workout routine won't be good yet as I haven't healed properly but doing just this IN HIGH FEVER makes me feel so wonderful. I don't even know how to thank you guys. God bless you!

  3. Haha I need to do this in the basement or something. The floors to squeaky and things wobble where I’m living now 😂 always loved your videos it helped me lose weight in the past, now I gotta work off this baby weight

    Would you guys consider making a pregnancy program one day for blenders if/when they are pregnant? I remember you guys talked (and wrote) about working out for pregnancy before, but I think it would be really cool and useful for there to be an actual program showing which workouts to do (and also explaining any modifications that may need to be made for certain exercises etc). I always have heard how it's so important for women to continue working out when pregnant (provided that it's approved by your doctor), and that it helps with labor and is beneficial for the mom and baby as well. But I also have read so many things saying "you can't do this", and "you can't do that" to the point that you wonder what ARE you allowed to do? It gets so confusing. I have worked out with Fitness Blender for YEARS, and would love a "general guideline" program for pregnant women, that can at least be a guide, and can give tips and modifications when necessary. I really hope you consider this! 🙂 I love fitness blender and love working out with you two! SO happy you are back and doing well! <3

  7. This is such a great workout after 3 months off the gym. I can feel my blood rushing again and my strength flooding back. Been a fan of fitness blender since 3 years ago, good job Kelli and Daniel!
