  1. Ahhh, this was exactly what I needed for my sore upper and lower body. It definitely relieved some of the soreness, especially in my arms. Though a bit fast paced, it done the job ✌️ #FBBurn Day 3 cool-down complete! 11.09.19

    I'm a college cross country runner and do not have time to cool down 30 minutes so this video saved my butt since people say if you don't take time to warm up / cool down you get injured

    arm pull and hip flexor (left and right)
    shoulder stretch (left and right)
    chest stretch (left and right)
    toe touch stretch
    quad stretch (left and right)
    standing glute stretch (left and right)
    inside thigh and tricep (left and right)
