  1. Wonderful to do this routine again. Terrific to rediscover it. I didn’t choose to do it during January Jumpstart but swapped the Day 18 Feel Good Fusion routine and did this in its stead. Working out regularly with Jessica now since 2015 and my fitness level and body shape have transformed. However, this wonderful sneaky routine definitely got my heart pumping and I know I will feel my lower body tomorrow.
I also giggled a lot as I kept losing my sliding tools (two paper towels). Peanut and Jessica were a comic double act which added to the fun. Even when Peanut was banished to another room her yelps to be let back in made me smile.

This is such a creative routine with just enough challenge for those low intensity cardio days when you want to work but not too hard. Loved it!

  2. Hi, I found another one I never did before. Oh I was totally not expecting this! I have sliders thank goodness and have used paper plates before in other workouts. I was so whooped after this one! Maybe because something different??? I had to so extra 20 minutes of stretching! Whew! 😃😃😃

  3. very interesting workout, although I wasnt able to complete the floor work, so I improvised by just walking. Any lesser impact exercises for this part of the workout would be much appreciated as I have problems holding my bodyweight on my hands.

  4. Need to give my shoulder a break because of an injury trigger. I don't even want to hold weights to work my lower half.. This workout is awesome. My lower half got a great workout in spite of no weight. LOVE.

  5. This popped up this morning. Fabulous! Poor Peanut wanted to return!! Peanut's background cries for release had me laughing, especially as this work out's intensity sneaked in! AAAAMAZING!! Thanks so much! Love your workouts!!

  6. This is such a great workout and I love how you use low impact moves and everyday, inexpensive household items to add resistance. Like speed skating. If you have not done this workout try it. It is fun and innovative but also effective, and I am a person who has regularly worked out for over 20 years.

  7. After seeing this video I really want to share this because I spent endless years switching from diet to diet without seeing any results until I came across Dianas magic plan (just google it). It is without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever had and i have kept it off to this day.

  8. Day 4 of my Summer Shape Up Challenge completed! Felt great, although still tough. So, new house, new floor! So I finally got to try this workout using wash cloths! It sure makes a difference, tougher I think. Especially keeping balance, and even working those feet and toe muscles! And another plus, it's my birthday today and my husband got me a Fitbit Blaze! So I tested it out in workout mode, which was cool to see my stats at the end. Don't know how accurate it is, but I could compare the different workouts I do of yours and see how my heart rate differs! It claims I burned 207 calories though. Thanks Jessica, and Peanut! 🙂

  9. Can't believe what a sweat I worked up — definitely didn't expect it! Loved the sliding feet…like ice skating in my living room. Thanks for ALL of these awesome workouts. You have re-inspired this mama of 2 to exercise daily.

  10. Loved this one thanks! It has seemed so long since you and Peanut have been my exercise pals. Hearing Peanut's little yelps after you removed her from the room was so funny. She is such a diva.
My cat is the most active during your yoga workouts as soon as I put down the mat she is there.

Loved all the plies and using the dishcloths is a stroke of genius for extra resistance. I lost mine a few times.
