  1. sometimes the shorter workouts are really challenging cuz you have to work harder to make it count. Almost didn't workout this morning thinking I didn't have time. I'm glad I changed my mind.

  2. Thank you Heather! Awesome workout! I have to modify some of the exercises but you have taught me in other videos some great moves to keep me sweating! I love your channel. I'm never bored and always sweating!

  4. I just commented on your other video requesting a 30-minute hiit cardio without repeats, but basically, THIS IS a cardio (+strength) workout! My heart was pounding, sweat dripping and the strength moves were just an awesome bonus! [I cannot understand how the jumping exercises are so impossible to go through; it's like 1) 10 secs of jumping, thinking it's been like 20 seconds but in reality, seeing the timer: it's only been 10 seconds, 2) dying a little, 3) doing the final 10 secs :'D] Thanks for this, I hope to see more circuits like this one! 🙂 You are the best, Heather! <3

  5. I just found you and LOVE your workouts!! I work out 5-6 days a week and was looking for some new workouts as I had exhausted all the workouts from another trainer I was following. I love a 25-35 minute hard HIIT workout and love when you have no repeats! It makes the time just fly!
