Been working out for 26 years now. Started back when I was 38 years old to lose some body fat and to feel better. After the first 5 years I took a new photo ID for work and could not believe how much younger I looked at 43 than at 38. That was a good feeling. I have been doing super sets now for over 15 years 3 times a week and afterwards 3 sets of 15 minute cardio on exercise bike. I intermediate fast for 3 months at a time then 1 month off then back to a 3 month intermediate fast again. This really helps me keep the body fat off my mid section but nutrition is vital at all times. As I’ve gotten older I have tried to maintain as much muscle mass as possible and also mobility. Stretching before weight training helps me maintain flexibility. I stretch while doing my abdominal exercises and back roll outs. Back roll outs keep my lower back in check and really strengthen my overall core. I I usually spend 90 minutes in the gym each time I go. I’am not as good as I once was but I’am as good once as I’ve ever was. Another helpful video by the ageless wonder Mr Brezinski.
This is good, thoroughly enjoyed it, makes me sad also ' I was a Bodybuilder / Powerlifter but had to give it up because of injuries. But hey oh. At least I'm still here.
just did this workout, it took me about 40 minutes to complete; if i took it heavier though i’d need more rest time so it might take an hour at most. i just replaced cable flies with dumbbell flies. solid workout for someone who’s relatively new to the gym like me.
After about a year and a half my buddy and I have started hiking again and soon my plan is to start a gym membership for arms as well as chest workouts.
Thoroughly enjoyed this video, seeing Greg exercise like this, motivates me to move my ass, and get growing, not just for my beard, but my body, and as a man. Thank you for another great informative video! I hope the shoulder was okay after the workout!
Would love more workout content! Been hitting the gym hard recently, but can’t afford a trainer. I design a lot of my own works through bodybuilding.com, but it’s always great to see new workouts and new approaches to working out.
Great video, Greg/Mike. I'm definitely a one-muscle-group-per-day guy and have been for years, but this is a great tried and true option, and definitely the preferred option for someone who is trying to cover all muscle groups in a week with fewer visits to the gym. Well done.
Great information! I would love to see more exercise related content from the different contributors to the channel. It would be cool to see Eric's training approach vs Carlos vs Ben's. It would also be neat to see a day in the life of what each person eats in a day and a more nutrition focused video. Keep up the great work!
Great video, very informative! I hope that you'll go over the pull and leg day as well. I am working out regularly, but I'm still looking for a good routine and so far, I'm enjoying what I'm seeing. 🙂
Thanks! As this was very helpful. I am only 20 and fat. Was really inspired by Greg berzinsky seeing how he's still and is taking care of himself by working out. 😊👌👊👊
Greg, I recently started lifting at age 51. This could not be more encouraging or helpful. I appreciate your quality content.
Love this! Great job Greg! More fitness on this channel would be amazing.💪. #musclebeards
