  1. I agree with everything Ken says here, and what actually has always worked for me when i have acid reflux is by having a table spoon or 2 of Braggs apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to drink. works for me every time.

Yes, Probiotics in the cooler are there because they’ll die but they also start to die immediately when they hit your warm mouth so you lose a lot of the bacteria before it even gets to your colon to do it’s job, hence the reason they over compensate on the CFU. Get a good freeze dried one. You don’t have to over compensate on CFU’s. Also make sure it has an ingredient called chitonanse. It actually causes the Candida cell to break and die. Great candida killer and probiotic combination.

  3. For this reason heartburn medication “Dοcuzu Rαkα” (Gοοgle it), I was able to overcome my digestive problems. There is no problem in having this remedy. You never know this might handle your digestive issues as well as chronic heartburn.. .

  4. I am going to work with some of these ideas, my doctor wants me on meds and my re-flux got worse after eating carnivore for 5 weeks. He claims fat and egg yoke worsen re-flux? I think maybe I am eating to late and too much at that later meal. Holding off on the pills for now.

  5. Advocating keto diets or carnivore diets is anti science. The TMAO molecule and heme iron are both shown in multiple studies to cause heart disease, cancer, and to speed up aging. Short term benefit yes. Long term detriment for sure! Wanna live a long, good life? Avoid meat.
