    This workout consists of 3 stages: Mobility, Activation & Strength.

    During the strength stage, we'll complete 3 sets of 8 repetitions for each exercise as this closely follows the hypertrophy guidelines, which is ideal for developing strength in those weak/lengthened muscles!
