  1. you need more people recognizing you, your mini band arm workout killed me in the best way. I really struggle on the upper body, I bought mini bands a couple years back and didnt really know how to use them properly and I figured to start today, and WOWOW. much impressed. thank you for not over editing at all and keeping it old school, its for some reason more motivating
