  1. Omg I needed this so much. Haven't worked out all summer, but this is so motivating! I don't think I've smiled this much while working out ever! Had a rough time one the single-butt v-ups (?). Mostly because it hurt my bottom. Not sure if it's because I have a mat on a wooden floor or if I am doing something wrong.

  2. I’m logging my workout c:

    (I’m logging the first day of every week, and then the entire week itself, so I’ll update every Thursday and Friday.)

    7/12/19 – Day 1: it was okay. I decided to write down all the workouts, and how many she did so I can follow along with the video without pausing. Some of the workouts made me feel like I jumped into a paper shredder, and then the shredder accidentally dropped into an active volcano, but the experience was neat.

    7/18/19 – week 1 : My internet decided not to work last night, so I’m uploading info now (Friday). The first two days were EXTREMELY HARD. I do my workouts around 10:00 am everyday, so before I go to bed I do stretches for about 5 minutes. If you’re starting out I suggest stretching before bed too. I’m seeing a lot a progress, and I do have a tennis camp everyday that’s also helping. I can feel my core getting stronger when I feel it. Actually, by Tuesday all the exercises became super easy. I’m really happy!

    7/19/19 – day 8, week 2 : It was good. I’m still making progress and getting thinner. yee.

  3. I truly love this workout and think it’s great, but to everyone saying that this is their “daily workout” try not to do the exact same thing every day. If you do it will turn into muscle memory and you will not see results as fast as you might like. Just a reminder to switch up your workout every few days!

This is a GOOD ab workout… I go through loads and loads of ab workouts online, sometimes watching just a few minutes and then being irritated cause it's not challenging enough or the instructor puts me off for some reason. I've been stuck on Christine Curry for years now and finally found something in the same sphere. Loved it! My tummy is hurting nicely 🙂
