  1. This drill is magic and did the trick, helping me realize that the first part of the catch (elbow-hinge) has to be smooth and does not involve a lot of tension.
    After that first phase now it is easy for me to figure out the right group of muscles to finish the stroke, I had such troubles with that
    As you said in the video it is like the buoy oblige us to do the stroke in the correct alignment.

  2. How is this drill different from the next EVF drill video . This uses buoy with head looking down and the other hand not in sculling motion . In the next video ( with Finis Fulcrum paddle) , you are positioning your head up with the other hand in frontal sculling motion . Both videos are excellent . Thanks .
