  1. Hey there! As a swimmer, I personally prefer high elbow catch and pull opposed to your more straight arm pull. However, that doesn't really matter as much. To each their own.
    I noticed a couple things though:
    1. It seems like you are starting your pull slightly too early on your left arm, almost right after you finish off the stroke on your right. I tend to glide more in order to make sure I engage my lats as much as possible.
    2. Close up those fingers. That will make your wrist less relaxed as well which is important for sprinting.

  3. Oh my god this is EXACTLY what i needed!

    When i was 16 i was at 1:01:17,
    now im 26 and im at 1:08:07.

    And i want to break the minute finally at my clubs championship.
    And oh my god this is such a super nice video i bet i can erase 8 seconds alone with great kicking technique!
