Hey there! As a swimmer, I personally prefer high elbow catch and pull opposed to your more straight arm pull. However, that doesn't really matter as much. To each their own. I noticed a couple things though: 1. It seems like you are starting your pull slightly too early on your left arm, almost right after you finish off the stroke on your right. I tend to glide more in order to make sure I engage my lats as much as possible. 2. Close up those fingers. That will make your wrist less relaxed as well which is important for sprinting.

I got a 53 😁, I think u breathe a bit too much and ur legs and hip is too low compared to ur shoulders
Damn he takes a breath at every other stroke and breaks 1 minute. I take 7-8 breaths in the entire 100m and I don't break 1minute.
You should Breath less

Try the Wim Hof method.
You could fill your blood with alot more oxygen so you won't need to take as much breaths = more time streamlined under water.

I broke 1min barrier being 13yo, now Im 22 and no swimming because health problems 😐
