Great video! Thanks for taking your time making it. Gave you a thumb up. I have been using a full body dumbbell workout rutine which only takes 40min and which you only have to do 3 times a week, for one year now with great results! Here is the plan I follow:
I highly recomend it! The resting time beween each set is 30-60sec. In the 40 min workout plan there is also room for 5min warming up and strech. So you wont pull any muscle. You dont need any expansive gym membership or fancy gear. Only a set of dumbbells and some great music to wind you up =)
When you fail, just know that you tried, because saying ‘what if?’ wouldn’t have done you anything. Failure actually tried, whereas ‘what if?’ never showed up.
The amount of value this man gives to his videos is astonishing with not the typical level of production quality that you see from "new" and upcoming YouTubers. * Chest press 10×3
* Bent over dumbbell rows 10×3
* Shoulder press 10×3
* Alternating bicep curls 10×3
