  1. What I love the most about your videos is that you are so natural, you don't hide you are exhausted or it is hard, I don't feel alone on my pain haha you are a genius, I love you Joe!

  2. Thanks for the killer work out mate. Done this today in my gym. Got to 16 moves and had to quit, but after watching the end of the video now I see you also struggled. It is refreshing to see that even the elite sometimes have to have a time out, it is testament to us rookies for pushing ourselves through a seriously intense workout. Thanks again man

  3. Love your short, compact HIIT workouts! Could you release a set of really advanced ones? Like super hard and fast, very short to no breaks, where you work out so hard you want to puke? 🙂 I know you say your dying in lots of your videos to make us all feel better, but you are obviously super fit and could do much more. I'd love to have some really hard advanced 20 minute HIIT crushers if you could make some?

  4. came here from Blogilates video, decided that I HAD TO do this and nearly gave up on the 10 minute mark. Still pushed through and I have to thank you and your beautiful voice for this killer. I am so SWEATY!

  5. Not done this one for a while Joe and looks simple but I’d forgotten how tough it, especially with the one armed burpees. Thank you so much. You keep me motivated with so much variety in your vids there’s always one for how much time/energy I’ve got. It’s kept me exercising more consistently and with more motivation than anything I’ve done before
