  1. Great workout !! You have motivated me further. I have had 6 children, I have worked out all my adult life, including through pregnancies. I have a six pack, I'm a size 8-10 (uk), i squat more than my own bodyweight. I still don't look as good as you but I look pretty damn good considering !! Guess what I am boasting about is …. NO EXCUSES guys! … Subscribed to your channel!

  2. Workout Starts: (0:42)
    1- Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3 Sets – 15/12/8 Reps (Increase weight each set)
    2- Single Arm Dumbbell Curls: (1:00) 5 sets of 5 (Increase weight each set)
    3- Deadlifts: (1:15) 4 Sets of 10/8/5/1 (Increase weight each set) *last set is your max
    4- Lateral Dumbbell Raises: (1:35) 5 sets of 5 (Increase weight each set)
    5- Incline Dumbbell Press: (1:58) 5 sets of 5 (Increase weight each set) Finish with 1 Set of 20 (burnout)
