  3. Just found your channel and have been loving this 28 day challenge. I combine a full body with an ab workout. These supersets are so challenging and while I’m using a lighter weight than normal, I’ve been feeling sore the next day which tells me this is totally working!!!! Your vids are different than other bc there isn’t a warm up, cool down, or music but I honestly don’t mind it bc you get straight to the point!!!!!
