  1. Really appreciate the beginner program. 60 and staring out again. The fact that you instruct 'shirtless' helped me to see how to engage the necessary muscle, as well as understanding proper form.

  2. The voice-over is fine bro; it allows you to stay in the proper form which is really helpful. I've been a competitive gymnast and triatalete and beat myself up pretty good. Between Bikram yoga and your videos I'm all good now. Thanks!

  6. I prefer voice over bc then you’re focused on the exercise and form while you’re doing it, and you can expound on specific ideas and stuff while you relax and voice over.
