The voice-over is fine bro; it allows you to stay in the proper form which is really helpful. I've been a competitive gymnast and triatalete and beat myself up pretty good. Between Bikram yoga and your videos I'm all good now. Thanks!

I prefer voice over bc then you’re focused on the exercise and form while you’re doing it, and you can expound on specific ideas and stuff while you relax and voice over.

Loved the voice over. I’m unable to lift due to an injury so I’ll be trying these videos as I’m recovering. It’s the best workout I’ve had in weeks!
