  2. I just tracked my breakfast, and holy shit I almost had a panic attack. Half of a cup of oats, half cup up almond milk, tablespoon of almond butter, tablespoon of hemp seeds, a few crushed walnuts, one date and boom almost 900 calories. Christ on a cracker. Your bowl doesn't look like it had less than half of a cup of oats 0.o I don't even feel over stuffed

  3. I found that the "lose it" app was a lot more accurate when it came to calories in food! And it also didn't underestimate how many calories you should be eating in a day like my fitness pal

  4. Hi! I want to lose 12kg to be in the normal bmi cuz i am overweight…any tips? I have lost 7kg from the past 2 last months i think…but for some reason my weight loss is getting more slower..can someone help me? In how much time do you think i will lose 12kg?thx+sorry for the bad english💖💖💖

  5. I take fiber and ginger root capsules and I was taking probiotic gummies (I have to choke down the orange flavoured ones). I had digestive issues until I started taking these. Now, I make geese jealous.

  7. The vitamins won't help the gallbladder much in the long run if my surgeon was correct, but either way: the best thing to ever happen to my gallbladder? Getting it removed! It was starting to affect my liver and everything and I couldn't eat any food without being in severe pain afterwards. I'm a new person after getting it removed though. I can eat anything without pain like a normal person! If your gallbladder ever gets that bad I really recommend the removal surgery. I put it off for so long when it was a detriment to my health and I wish I did it sooner! I do hope that your gallbladder will be healthy, and that you won't need the removal though!

  8. LifeSum did help me kick off my weightloss. Before the app I didn't understand why I wasn't losing weight, but when I actually put it all in the app I noticed I was eating more than I realised. After forming healthier habits and what my portion size should be I don't need it anymore(:

  9. Me and my fiance are both right around 300lbs. We're both 29 yrs old. I have started my journey and im serious about figuring this out. Im done being the fat mom. Im done feeling 50yrs old. Im done have knee and ankle pain. I just wish he was on board with me. He thinks its silly and that i will fail and wants nothing to do with eating well. He wont exercise either because he works 10hrs 5 days a week. I know he's tired but we need this. Turning to the YouTube community for the support 💗 thanks guys
