  1. Whew, I'm glad I found the 4th part. Part 3 cut him off in the middle of him talking about intermittent fasting. I've lost 40 lbs but have some more to lose. I'm thinking adding intermittent fasting to what I'm already doing will help a lot.

  2. He mentions fish oil supplements as a form of Omega 3, but if you are vegetarian or vegan you can buy algae pills (from Amazon). Fish oil omega 3 is actually obtained by the fish while they are in an environment with algae. You can also eat raw walnuts to get Omega 3 👍

  3. Where is part 3? Also why put "Full interview" in the title when it's part 1,2,3 and 4. Either upload the whole interview at once or don't put " Full interview" in the title. That's so annoying!!
