  1. I'm glad Tia discussed her knees on her squats being fine. Crossfit mentality of cueing "knees out" for everyone every time isn't correct.

  2. I got into a war on another video because I suggested more direct hamstring/glute work to fix the knee issue. A chain is trying to take over too much for the lack of strength in her pchain. So building strength in hamstring curls, GHR, Good mornings, even throwing in sumo squats and deadlifts. It's not a sin to borrow from bodybuilding and powerlifting.

  3. I really enjoy your channel, just one thing, I don't get it, what's wrong with the mindset about age. I really don't understand. You are a sport man, and you eat well, and I'm pretty sure you have some good habits. I know people with 50 doing more than people in their 20's, enjoying more their body, using it in many ways. The age is not the problem, but the habits. The habits dictates everything. Is not about the age, is all about if you are capable of make your own life interesting, in your own terms. I had the necessity of type this because you have preatty strong message and awesome community. And that mindset joking or real, cause really damage indirectly. Old people at 30 or 40, come on man! The spectancy of life is 70 years, are you assuming that you are old most of your life?
