1. With the leg press drop set, you won't need so many reps on the last portion if you only take one plate off at a time. More reps with greater weight.

  4. I lost it when he started doing the smith machine lunges with 5 lbs on each side. It shows how proper technique and a full range of motion is everything in bodybuilding, loved this workout!
