Hey john I have a question.. my hamstrings are significantly less developed than my quads due to injury. How do I combat this without losing the size and strength of my quads currently? Thanks in advance.
I lost it when he started doing the smith machine lunges with 5 lbs on each side. It shows how proper technique and a full range of motion is everything in bodybuilding, loved this workout!

With the leg press drop set, you won't need so many reps on the last portion if you only take one plate off at a time. More reps with greater weight.
