  2. Do you have a link to a video on how to fast? I dont see it on your playlists. Im reading comments I see people can drink coffee take whey protein but not a green drink what can I actually consume besides water

  3. i really love your videos, i've recently discovered your videos and they are the best in explaining the ketogenic diet, i'm on week two of the keto diet, i also do IF and exercice ( not a lot but i want to start exercising like five times a week but it's not easy bcz i'm a studdent) and i feel really great, my inxiety dissapeared, i feel happier, going keto is the best decision i've ever made

  4. Hi Dr. Nick, have been watching your videos and finding very detailed and thorough! Can you make a video on vegetarian keto? I've been vegetarian most of my like and eating easy/eggs for protein but have been worried after watching your videos on dairy causing inflammation.

  6. I’m a little confused I thought I’m suppose to be eating high amounts of fat to lose weight. But you said to bring down my carb intake if I’m not losing weight??? How many g of carbs should I be getting each day? Oh and I’m breastfeeding so do I need to adjust my macros accordingly ?

    1. You say work out while fasting…to gain muscle mass would it be OK to take Whey protein after those workouts?
    2. Once you achieve the desired weight loss what does one do to maintain it rather than continue to lose weight?

  9. Hi Dr Nick. Awesome vids..we love your channel. When you talk about reducing carbs. Is that total carbs or net carbs? What do you count for your macros? as there are so many confusing advice out on this subject….some saying to count the total carbs and some saying the net carb. Please can you address this perhaps in a short video. Your channel has helped on so many other topics. Keep up the good work and God bless.

  10. BEST takeoff from this video for most is that Keto can be as simple and easy as you want to make it. YES adjust the fats. Listen to your body. I ate too much protein in the first couple weeks. After that I just cut back naturally. I think Intermittent Fasting is necessary if you are extremely insulin resistant. After awhile, it is easier to shrink down your eating window to fewer & fewer hours. YES, exercise on empty stomach is powerful! It is truly best to get into ketosis and stay there until the weight starts to come off. No fancy "keto-friendly" desserts. Just whole natural low-carb foods.

  11. I have always read that if the fat is not high enough it will prevent from getting into ketosis, but here you saying to decrease or increase fat depending if you are losing or gaining weightt?

  12. Hello dr nick. So we are not supposed to follow 70 -25-5 .when doing keto???
    I mean percentage 70 fat 25 protein 5 carbs . ??????
    So the way you explained it means we dont have to necessary follow those percentages if you keep carbs less than 20 g ??? Also how we know lean body number ?? Sorry to.many questions

  13. Hi been on Keto 4weeks lost 5lb so far last week nothing ☹️.. got another 5lb to lose in total .. weigh 150 been eating 130g fat although rarely get above 80g struggle with the fat .. any advice Dr Nick .. carbs 20/protein 65

    I WAS ON 240 LBS AND AM DOWN TO 185.1 IN ONE YEAR #KETO BUT SINCE JANUARY 2019 I'VE BEEN STUCK ALMOST ON THE SAME WIEGTH AND IT'S BEEN A BIT DISAPOINTED ME GOAL IS ABOUT 150 LB OR 160 LB ,SO I'LL BE DOING THIS TIPS WISH I STARTED ALREADY THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST DR.
