  1. Hii Rebecca!! i really appreciate your work..You encourage me and inspire me to do things in a positive way.But i need one help, can you please make a video on workout during periods, i workout daily but that 3 days ruin my continuity and everything get messed up. Thank You!!

Becca.. i love u so much😙.. im always workout with you monday to friday.. i get my a beautyfull body cos of you..but not my stomacth😢so hard to have a flat stomach😢😢..i using you workout for flat stomacth in 1,5 years..it just lost inch by inch..but not get flat stomacth..how a must to do..i have meal plan for lost stomacth..but i just lost my weight😃..not my stomach😂😂

  4. I love your workouts so much, I do yours and Jillian Micheal's on CD for that extra boost! The only thing that I'm really self conscious is in my tummy and hip dips (Love handles). I would love and appreciate a 30 min workout targeting these specific areas! Love you so much!

  5. I look forward to trying this out! 😌 I must say, you are hands down the best fitness instructor here on YouTube. In fact probably the best I’ve ever seen on any media. You are just so positive and motivating without going overboard. You make working out so enjoyable and I always feel so confident when I’m doing your workouts even if I struggle a little. Please know you do an amazing job and I appreciate all of your videos! 🧡🤗
