  1. Are you suppose to feel pull throughs in your lower stomach as well? Cause I usually do and I’m not sure if I’m working the room right muscle…please help😬

  2. I wish I wasn’t so afraid, my gym is so packed and the machines are so close together I would have my ass in someone’s face. I love this space you get to work out in. 😊 Love your vids girl as always. 🤗

  3. Hi miss jade (: I have a problem I’m 5”9 so when I try to do the cable kickbacks it feels off like my torso is long so when I kick back I feel it in my calves is this normal ? I tried bending down and it just feels weird and also looks off lol
