  1. Hi There, I have recently started following you. On your leg work outs, I noticed that you didn't do anything specific for the Adductors and Abductors. Do all of the squats and lunges take care of that? Thank you in advance!

  4. Regarding the sissy squat machine. Could use show how to do that on smith machine or other ways do that exercise? You explained but I would like to see it. We don't have that machine at my gym. I always wondered what it was called. Is difficult area for me to work. Referencing 5:19

  5. I wish she wouldn't wear any make-up. It cheapens her quite a bit imo. I think she'd look way better without it. Like none at all. Not trying to disrespect so please don't take it negatively.
