  1. Hi sis, tdy is my 7th day… Last day… But weight reduction is only 3 kg sterday no reduction sis… Sterday no time for workout sis, sunday veetula wrk sari ah iruthuju…. Ithunala weight reduction agala ah…. I thought minimum I reduce 6to 10 kgs.. No like that😔

  2. I lost 3 KGS in this GM diet. The first day my weight was 75.8 and on the 7 th day it was 73…. But on 8th day na control pannama masala dosa and rice sambar rasam nu nariy saptuten. Kandipa weight eririkum…. Please don't do that friends. Try to work out after 7 days too. Only then u can maintain atleast

  3. Hello! I followed religiously diet and workout but just lost 2 kgs. Maybe coz I lost 4 kgs recently in 6 months and also I already had healthy eating habits. Maybe will try good again after a month.
