    Day 1: I felt so much burn in my legs and 🍑 and my knees kind of hurt 😂 I’m gonna take a break and drink lots of water!
    Day 2: I made a smoothie and it was so refreshing after! When I woke up my 🍑 and thighs were so so sore but I think that’s a good thing. Today was great and I’ll see y’all tomorrow.

So I did this workout but I included 5 more minutes and OMGGGGG MY ASS LOOKS AMAZING. the other 5 minutes I included were from the page “fitness blender” they have a yt channel , just look for the 5 min butt and thigh workout! It’s just 5 mins but TRUST ME IT IS INTENSE!! I’ve done the 5 min workout for about 3 months and I seen amazing results ! then i found this vid and decided to make it a 20 min workout ! I suggest if this is to much for you begin with the 5 min workout and then when you feel like the 5 min is easy add this routine!!! go and get THICCCC !

I just wanted to say I really like that your video is genuine, you don’t block out the sound of you breathing heavy or you taking a break in between the jumping squats you show the workout as it is, tiring you don’t try to glamorous it and make it look like it doesn’t phase you like other youtubers x

    Day 1: So sore. Haven’t worked out in year but it feels refreshing! I’m 36 inches around the booty. But ofc no changes yet.

    Day 2: SORE. My booty is so sore and I’m hungry but we’re waiting for results!
