  1. Guy at 2:15 was doing a hack squat. Wasn’t the best form or appropriate gym wear but still good on him for attempting the lift. It’s a hard lift to master properly. Most people don’t even know it.

  2. Squatting up side down is best rehabilitation exercise I know for everything below belt line. And it's amazing worm up before squats. Just not in that form (2.02)
