    My favourite breakfast is smashed avo on toast with bacon, cherry tomatoes mixed with balsamic vinegar and coriander and a good splash of tobasaco over the top!

  2. My favorite breakfasts are:
    chia seed pudding (3 table spoons of chia seeds mixed with a cup of almond milk, cinnamon, cocoa powder, honey/maple syrup, mix well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours)

    Rye bread toast (dried rye bread or call it cracker, guacamole/ hummus/ lactose free Philadelphia cheese, smocked salmon, cherry tomatoes, salt, rukkola/spinach)

  3. Kane, Pia, it will be funny that you two meet Brodie Moss "Youngbloods" and pass some days with him. It will be a really adventure and a great story. I know Brodie going to Sydney very soon… Wish you good luck!

  4. Please please please do more of these!!!! It's so hard to find people who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to food! I'm constantly at a loss for finding healthy/result-optimal options.

  5. Looks awasome except porridge:) (just to be on plantbased diet for 2y, and im sick of porridge at this point hehe)
    My favourites for keep my weight after having 4 children are
    1. eggs 3 sunny side up or scrambled with lots of bread (im carb person:) meaning they dont stick to me) and side salad
    2. Wraps with hummus and veggies sometimes I add cottage cheese or feta
    3. Fruit yogurt with granola and some fresh berries/banana
    Just to add what helps me with keeping my weight was giving up alcohol and sodas, and controlling amounts of sweets I eat.
