Perhaps an easier way to do this is to leave 1 smartpoint unused (up to 10) in your daily balance for each zero point food you eat. Isn't this the reason we are no longer required to eat all of our points everyday?

I've seen a lot of comments and videos about Freestyle not working for them. I started WW two months ago and have lost 16 lbs so far. I'm good with that. I really love the Freestyle program. I'm sad that it's not working for folks but it is really working for me. I guess everyone has to find what works for them personally.
If you are not losing on Freestyle, I think that the answer is not, "you are eating too many Zero Point Foods." I think you are eating too many extra point laden foods. I am eating a TON of zero point foods that I never ate before. The zero point foods are quite filling and I don't have room for an abundance of super high point or calorie foods. Different things work for different folks, of course, but I think this might a different way to look at why this particular plan isn't working.

You can not eat as much zero point foods as you want. You have to be smart about that. With in reason. Although, your right, you don't have to track them.

I see it all the time in Connect 🙁 people eating only yoghurt and fruit in the morning, fish or chicken and veggies for lunch and something similar for dinner and then cake or cheeses with toast after. FFS, THINK! Eat normal meals with balanced carbs, fats and proteïne at every meal and have some healthy snacks and a treat every once in a while. Just eat NORMAL. Makes me sad because they wont lose weight and throw in the towel again.
