  1. Awesome. I’m a beginner so let me ask a dumb question. Are the warm ups at a high, slower gear to 70rpm and the 30 second blitzes at a low, faster gear to 100rpm? Thank you

  2. Yep, enjoyed that. I'm an aspiring masters powerlifter and the program I'm following calls for 3 mandatory conditioning sessions a week, this fits the bill nicely for one of those.

  3. Big thumbs up guys. Great efforts. My first winter on a turbo. I'm a commuter/sunny weekender but this will keep me going until I'm back on it March! Cheers and can't wait to catch the other training vids 👍👍👍

  4. I ❤️GCN Training. Great workout. Thank you to everyone in the video.
I have a question about effort. Is effort related to heart rate? Do the effort percentages coincide with heart rate percentage?
For example, is an effort level of 5 the same as 50% of your heart rate maximum?
    Thanks.

  5. How do you connect your smart trainer (tacx neo) so that you can do the session and see cadence and power from android phone. Currently, I follow with the phone just using youtube, but can't see any readings.

  6. Awesome session. Found on YouTube looking for indoor cycle training as its winter in New England and can’t ride outside. Got new liquid trainer for Christmas and this was a great workout. Thanks so much. Mike

  7. Can we please somehow get an overview (perhaps written text in the description would suffice) of the workouts? This would be useful as to know what to expect and how to better prepare. Excellent follow through workouts! Thanks 🙂

  8. The warm up and rest are supposed to be at 70 RPM, but the music is too fast beat, and everybody tends to go with the music beat. Suggest you change to appropriate music for the effort.

  9. I love these workouts. I use them both to recreate on Zwift and for my workout sessions I use in the Navy as I have 20-30 minutes on a bike when I lead others in a workout. Perfect, really.

  10. I am visiting a resort and need a workout to balance all the cocktails and dining out! I plan to do this in the AM. I have access to a gym stationary bikes or spin bikes….can I do this on a spin bike? Thx

  11. Thank you so much for saving me during these dreadful bushfires here in NSW Australia. Unable to get out to ride because of smoke hazard these awesome workouts are keeping me fit and sane!!!
