  1. Omg what a fun and fat blasting workout! LOVED the music selection and the fact that you showed previews before next exercise. I also liked the 20sec rest periods between switches, they were needed. You just gained a new subscriber!❤

  2. I love this workout I’m usually doing Celine Johnson or Julia Michaels but I love this 20 minute workout is conditioning me to get back to work thank you how many days a week should I do this just starting to work out after stopping for 6months it’s been a minute🙂tks more please
