  1. This is a great exercise before going to bed.. I've been doing this exercise along with the 3 minutes arm exercise for nearly a week now and I've already lost 1cm on my arms….thanks Lucy ♥

  2. If at any point you do not feel the burn, make sure your arms or elbows are up! If your thinking, “I don’t feel much” ……that’s why! Get arms higher where they should be. 💪🏽

  3. Hi Lucy, I have been doing your exercises on and off for a while I had to stop I have Tendonitis and have been in a lot of pain
    Any way do you think you 5 minute arm workout would be ok or make it worse or better,or do you have any exercise that would help

  4. Alright, I'll give it a try. Started this last night so have only done 2 days, but I feel soreness so I know it's working. Doing this and your other 3 minute arm toning workout once daily each. My arm is 29cm circumference on the thickest part. Will check back here in a couple weeks and report what happened.

  6. I tried this before for 3 weeks..was really happy happy about it..and also done the belly workout and oh my gosh my clothes that can't fit are loose. Sadly my bad habits went back and gain more weight. I'm 70kg 5'5 tall 😢. Thankfully this video is here to help me. God bless you Lucy for this video you really help all of us seeking this thing

    So tired and my arms hurt but I think it's working😁

    Day 2 (August 24)✅
    Day 3 (August 25)✅
    Day 4 (August 26)
    Day 5 (August 27)

    And I'm gonna do other workouts so I can get my dream body.

  8. did this for over two months (as well as two other videos), no change. Very disappointed after reading all the comments of people saying how it did improve. Will have to keep looking I guess.

  9. I'm only on day 5 and I can see a difference. Still can't get through one minute of shoulder circles though 🙄😂😂😂 Maybe tomorrow. I do this with her 7 min full body and the 7 minute slim your legs 💕💕💕🐕
