I don't think I'm doing the underhand flys right. I can barely lift the dumbbells up at that point after the previous exercises. Should I use a lower weight?

Is the 4 sets of 15 reps the best? Or should I try more weight less reps?
When doing these work outs should I always aim for 15 reps? What if I can't hit them?
Are you gents just using dumb bell exercises to get that jacked or are you guys doing flat bench, machines, ext.?

whenever i do single arm press i never feel the pressure on my chest instead i feel it on my shoulder and bicep. what i am doing wrong ? pls help
