This was the first time for this workout I was actually able to (somewhat) keep up AND complete all 4 rounds! Thanks to the #croptopcrunchtime I was finally able to power through those spider crunches on my toes instead of my knees! I LOVE being able to see changes in my strength after working so hard with the LSF family! #WERK

I usually struggle to do the same workout four times. Is it a bad idea to mix different LSF hit workouts together during one workout?
