  1. This was the first time for this workout I was actually able to (somewhat) keep up AND complete all 4 rounds! Thanks to the #croptopcrunchtime I was finally able to power through those spider crunches on my toes instead of my knees! I LOVE being able to see changes in my strength after working so hard with the LSF family! #WERK

  3. Katie, you took my breath away during each of the four rounds! Thank you for saying "I'm right there with you pushing through" during those row burpees. I don't think I could have made it through those without that encouragement.
