  1. Hey ladies!

Just a note: you will notice that I didn’t share my exact calorie amount. This is because it is different for every person based on their height, lifestyle, gender, and desired weight goals.

You can calculate this by using this tool: https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html

Again, I don’t think calorie counting is the right fit for everyone, but it definitely helped my life and my understanding of my diet! As always, check with your healthcare professional, and take things easy.

I want you to blossom and flourish, and you can’t do that if you’re overly obsessed with weight and diets!

Wishing you all the best and all my love.

    Xoxo,

    Cait

  2. Thats all true. As a dancer, yoga and fitness instructor, I wouldnt recommend bootcamp or very high impact training regularly for women anyways. The stress levels rise, masculine energy will be released and in a longer perspective its not giving a woman feminine glow and smoothness. Pilates, yoga and dancing (depending on the specific style) are very much helping women to stay in shape, healthy and glowing. If you are not 20 – 30 anymore, you should also include some external weights if you want to have a more defined shape. Foremost your spine will thank you for this in your later years. Lifting some weights will not give you masculine muscles immediately like some women fear. Staying in shape = 70% how you eat, 30% how you move.

  3. Good for you. calorie count though. I was planning on losing weight myself and I have tried intermittent fasting but it just doesn't workout on me because of my schedule. How about this one? >> @t
I saw that in a blog and it seems nice since I won't need to workout

  4. I lost 20 pounds in the last five or so months.

    My secret?
    Intermittent fasting.
Oh and going off your antipsychotics, that’s the big one.

  5. It's a rainy, gloomy day in my town today but you've just motivated me to get out of the house and walk 🙂 ❤️ It's so true what you said about self-discipline these days and it's visible in all aspects of life.

Also, when it comes to health/weight loss, I learned that our bodies can actually confuse thirst for hunger. So when you're feeling like having a snack, drink a big glass of water and wait a minute or two. If you're still hungry afterwards, eat something because it means you're actually hungry and not just thirsty.

  6. Yes! I love that you mention intermittent fasting. I’ve been practicing that for almost a year now! I ease into my calorie intake during the day and ramp up during dinner. I get food coma easily so I eat a light lunch..because can’t be caught asleep at my desk 😂

  7. Girlllll I just wanted to tell you that I am OBSESSED with your channel. I'm 17 and as a teenager in today's day and age I do love to consume media, but being a Christian I try to watch life giving content and your channel is so life giving! I definitely have a God-given desire to have a career, but I can still use and implement a lot of what you say, and I love hearing your opinions! I also live in Michigan and I bet a few of your subbies do too, are you having a meetup anytime soon or have you thought about it? God bless! Keep doing what you're doing, God is shining through you!

  8. This video is an amazing example of why I love your channel. You're the only youtuber I know, who gives unique advice, that isn't the same tips everyone else is giving. It's advice for a real, authentic life, not an "instagram" life. Thank you so much.

  9. Going vegan required little to no self discipline after the change of my mindset. But starting to eat healthy, oh, that was a different story…
However, after getting used to it, I've never felt guilty after consuming unhealthy food but I just haven't felt well physically if it was too much, so it's got so much easier to simply avoid it or eat it in moderation.
But self-control in the moment is required and as you pointed out, it is, contrary to the popular belief, actually a virtue
