  1. Great video! Was just wondering the best angles for filming swim strokes. On another note, do you have any tips on how to counter feelings of motion sickness during freestyle swimming? Thanks!

  2. I’m training for an Olimpic distance tri, my biggest problem is swiming. I can swim 2.5km with a pulbuoy without stopping. Without it I strugle after 800m. 25m pool is also stops me when I get into a good pace … end of pool 🙂
How can I improve to swim longer without pulbuoy? Many thanks

  3. Great work again GTN. My biggest weakness in Tri is swimming. Video analysis has helped my coach set some clear focus points for development during each drill set.

  4. how to be a swim trainer. great work guys. important to mention is that the quicker the feedback the more useful. So looking and giving feedback is better than looking at it half an hour later.

  5. Very nice video. Just over a year ago I started swimming with a Masters swim group because I needed help with my swimming. My coach has helped improve my technique. In my case all the cost was my membership to the pool, and if I choose to swim meets I will then need to join US Master swim. After a year swimming with them, I don't get as tired on my swims during triathlons.

  6. As always – great videos and straight to the point!
I used to breaststroke a lot and couldn't swim even 100m freestyle. Recently i finally managed to start swimming long distances w freestyle (~1:45/100m) BUT my legs continue to do breaststroke kicks. What would you recommend?
