  1. Super excited to purchase your full 1 year program!!! Seems like the best one out there can’t wait till my birthday when we make the outdoor Calisthenics park in my backyard. Currently stuck with a pull up bar that is slowly breaking my door off the wall so I’m super hyped to get a outdoor setup and use the program!! Huge inspiration!!

  2. Very good recommendations. Thank you.

I am on day 25 of the 30 day fat challenge from calisthenics family. When I started I had tried to loose weight but I was stuck for a month on 89,9 kg (I am 185 cm). Then I started the program and I am down to 83,2 kg this morning. My goal is 82 kg, so I am very happy with the results. Last time I was this lean, was 15 years ago after running 2 marathons.

Now I purchased the full program and I look forward to starting the journey.

I can highly recommend their fatt challenge program and they always answer my emails with questions. The program is tough but it has a great degree of variety. My legs feel strong when walking up stairs, my cardio condition have increased and I am stronger.. and I finally understand what I missed with my diet.

Funny side note.. The fatt loss challenge have really made me fit. Yesterday I swam 50 meters freestyle in 28,7 sek,, that is the same as my personal best 32 years ago when I was 13 years old and was swim training 4 times a week.. and I did no swim training only calisthenics 😉👍

  3. One Question:
If I try to do 3 rounds of circuit training and for example pull ups i can do 12 pull ups in the first, 7 pull ups in the second and only 2 or 3 pull ups in the third round. Is it better to do less pull ups in the first round like 8 to do constant pull ups every round or should I go on like this?
