  1. Good that means I can use KURMURA & PLAIN KHEEL found in Indian stores to break my fast. These are puffed rice, made without any oil, just made like popcorns., & we also have popped sorghum & quinoa,, amaranth whichh I do at home… JUST a handful is so filling & satisfying

  2. 🤔 I break my fast during my barely 30 minute lunch break at work and then don’t get a chance to eat anything else until 3-4 hours later when I get home. My job is heavily productivity focused in healthcare and we don’t get any other breaks.

  3. Hey Thomas. I want to experiment a little bit by incorporating keto with intermittent fasting, and since my usual shifts are from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m, should I eat anything during my shift, considering I've been sticking with eating window from 12 to 8 p.m.?

  4. Gonna register for Butcher Box as soon as they have their next either ground beef or bacon for life deal. I saw both of those offered last year, but it was a bad time, so I couldn't register. Hopefully they'll have another offer like that available in the next 2 or 3 months. I could use some higher quality meat. My current stuff is decent, grass fed at least, but I need some grass finished meat and I just can't get it locally

  5. How are almonds a healthy fat? Nonessential fatty acids are just that, non-essential. And as it turns out there is debate in the scientific community about saturated fat potentially being considered essential, because we might not make enough on our own.

  6. If anyone is confused with "conflicting information", he says to break fasts with fats when you are trying to burn fat to get fat adapted, once you're fat adapted you should cut back on fat and stick with leaner protein. As for the carbs, he eats carbs everyone once in awhile for his fitness goals and not everyone does keto.

  7. Help! .As I watch this Jan 10 @4:58,pm central DLST, I have been fasting 22 hrs, but now I feel like I'm stuck on a train until I figure out the most beneficial way. to break it……why do it any OTHER way. Plan to go back and check some prior vids on the subject…somewhat confused. Maybe a 12 oz cup bone broth w/ half a Granny Smith dipped in Avocado mayo. Too high in fats…not enough carbs, low protein? Not sure at this point.

  8. Never hits the baking goods aisle. They've got plain walnets, pecans, and almonds there without additives or not nearly the amounts of additives as those in the nuts area. Also, recently I noticed they have an area where there are healthy powders such as Sunfood Superfoods organic supergreens & protein (spirulina, barley grass, alflfa leaf, kelp, ginger root, dandelion leaf, kale, broccoli, and many others too numerous to list here). There are others but this one in particular interested me and I purchased it.

  9. I live in the areas for produce you mentioned but most of the the stuff here goes w everywhere else but here and we import a lot of it from Mexico , Chile 🤔

  10. If you have to eat a potato, I'd let it cool and even refrigerate it before eating it because that causes the starches to revert back to resistant starch which causes the carbs to not get digested but get passed through our digestion and treated like fiber in our gut where it feeds our microbiome like a prebiotic.

  11. Next time, go back to deli section for chicken breast strips, all- natural, very lean white meat, no artificial anything. They come in bags, Perdue is one brand. Deli meat section.

  12. what about breaking the fast with a simple lean protein shake and a rice cake?! Seems to be the most convinient way to so it, cause I don't want to cook only a slice of chicken or eat tuna and than 90 min later have to eat again a normal meal. What are your thoughts on this?
