Last week i got really frustrated by practicing the freestyle that i cannot get the breathing method seems its too hard for me…thank you for this video this is really for me.
I need advice please. I can swim with my head down for like 30 seconds and then i have to get up to breathe. I can't go on swimming without getting up to breathe and that's causing me difficulty to learn swimming. I think the reason why i get up to breathe while swimming is because I am afraid that I'll drown when i try to inhale by taking my head on the side to breathe and then getting my head back in to the water to swim. I don't wanna keep getting up to breathe while swimming. Is there a way to increase my endurance level while swimming?
this video is really really encouraging…i don't know how to swim but i think i'll get there. Thank you so much! I appreciate the effort you put into this. Thanks again. Hats off. 🙂 🙂
Hi there. Thanks for the vid … I am just like that out of breath guy in the vid. I swim 500 -750m 3x a week … in 50 or 100m bursts … I need to catch my breath in between … sigh. I can run 8 -10km 3x a week too .. but the swimming is harder right now. I appreciate your tips and will work on them. I really like the board work and also leaving one hand at surface until you touch it with the other (I hope that makes sense). I need to work on that too. So much to learn … but tips like yours help. TY
