  2. Hi, Thanks for the video, when do you actually do the routine — are you saying we do all 3 routines in one go or you pick one for say one day and another for another day?

  3. No joke all you need is push-ups Do 300 everyday for one week You will gain almost a whole inch of chest muscles tip: once you feel that Chest muscles burning then Don’t stop

  4. One question tho, when should I go to the second routine?
    Should I be comfortable with the (form routine) first then go to the (control) one?

  5. When the glasses guy demonstrates the form, why are his hands way behind his shoulders. His arms are like 60 degrees in Angle from his upper body….. shoulder impingement you said.
