  1. Great video. I would also really like to see some exercises specifically for the LOWER back fat, since I seem to always store some fat there and can't tone the lower back as I would love to 😀

  2. Off topic, sorry, but I just can’t get over how beautiful Shelley is…my goodness!!! Never mind her perfect body and her awesome character, it’s her face, those piercing eyes, her face illuminates kindness… her boyfriend or husband is a very lucky man. Love your videos, btw. Not sure if I viewed all of them, but I think you should do a video on breathing while lifting and doing the yoga moves if you haven’t already. It’s important to learn when to inhale and when to exhale and when to hold the breath altogether.

  3. I would love to see some exercises that can help lower back strength. I sit almost all day at work and have for a few years. My lower back is pretty weak and while I love training all my other parts, I sometimes get pain in my lower back. Pain while walking is mostly gone, but sometimes even just walking my lower back will start hurting. Love your channel! So happy I found you.

  4. Just found your channel and I just want to say I LOVE that you emphasis you can't target a specific area to lose fat just from there. That you emphasis workouts will work and improve muscles in a certain area, but the only way to truly slim down is with a clean diet. I feel like I can truly trust your advice with how much you emphasis all of this and am so happy I found your channel 😊

    If you're taking requests, would you mind going over using foam rollers and the like please. I've been trying to incorporate the use of lacrosse balls and pressure points at my desk but I'm not sure if I'm actually helping recovery and fascial release or if I'm just waiting my time.

  9. Shoulders down is so important to every shoulder movement- I've never seen it given top billing in workout tip videos, but I think it rates it. If you can't move a weight without keeping your shoulders socketed and a neutral elevation, you need to go lighter or use a more beginner variation.

  10. I have very silly bra bulge, although I’m a very skinny person
    No work out or diet ever worked for me, I even consider having a liposuction

    I believe it’s my only body default

    I’ll give your work out a try and keep you posted. But if you have any advice specific for me, please don’t hesitate to share 🙂
