  1. I have been following this diet from 3 days now.
    And i have reduced 1 kg and lost inches(most wanting that)

    My weight got stuck at 60kg and i could not reduce few kgs no matter how work i hard.
    But finally when i did this diet i reduced 1 kg in 3 days.
    And i will continue it until i reach 56kg

  2. If we are not able to workout for 40 to 60 min in a day can we follow this diet plan i m not working out daily just take 15 min walk to maintain the body

    I have a problem on my legs
    I got extra bone on left side of hill so I am not allowed to do gym ING please help me I want to reduce weight.

  4. Hi Vicky. I've been watching your channel for a couple of years now and have only left a few comments. I just want to thank you 💙 There are so many things I keep in my kitchen now that I never would have if it wasn't for you and your incredible knowledge on food, spices, recipes, supplements ect. I've said this before but the one thing I can't live without now is Himalayan Salt and Cayenne Pepper 💙💚💛💜 God bless x
