  2. omg motivation just hit me!! just curious, another youtuber said to not do weights and only stick to cardio/body weight exercises if you have about 30 pounds to lose. what do you think? when do I "get serious" about weightlifting?

  3. I'm exactly the same measurements as you and it's suepr inspiring to see how far you've come. Did you every set specific calorie limits per day, or did you just estimate how much you were eating? I've been struggling with bingeing recently just because I'm hungry all the time.

  4. Did you arrive in one point of your journey where you just stopped missing weigh despite of your eating/working out program? I am struggling with that …
