  1. I’ve been working out since October 2019 and I’ve only lost 10kg since I’ve been doing weights and not cardio because I’m trying to build muscle should I do cardio instead or weights

  2. I have a question, when u say stay in a caloric deficit does that mean I can still eat anything I want as long as it all sums up to be like 300 less calories then my body needs?
