    I am losing 0.2 kg daily with this diet.I have 2 cups of tea with honey and don't have coriander tea.I'll start having thyroid vodka in next two weeks.
    Guys be consistent small drops make an ocean.

  2. It's completely non vegetarian diet plan. Can u plz share plan for eggetarian? I have hypothyroidism along with very high thyroid antibodies & i am unable to loose weight inspite of all my efforts. Plz help.

Hi Vicky I watch all your videos and love them.I haven't been able to lose any weight yet.I request you to upload a diet plan for women who have reached menopause and finding it very hard to lose any weight especially hips and belly fat due to hormonal problems.Kindly upload vegetarian and non veg diet plan for women who have reached menopause or above 50.Lots of love from Singapore.vegetarian

  5. Hi dear pls make an video for hypothyroid vegetarian for maintaining the weight after weight loss and the diet to be followed including all the supplements to be taken in a day. It will be very helpful .
